    Sohini Alam - UK/Bangladesh

Sohini’s musical repertoire includes folk, modern and traditional Bengali songs with a specialization in Nazrul Sangeet. She is the lead vocalist for Khiyo and for Kishon Khan’s Afro-Cuban-Bengali jazz band Lokkhi Terra. Her heritage is apparent in her music, having trained in music with her mother and aunts – all renowned Nazrul singers.

MABE is a DJ and journalist from Caracas, Venezuela. Her practice is related to technology and living in a world without boundaries. Syncretism is in the blood of Latin Americans - she draws on her Caribbean and Latin American heritage in her music and is a key player in the dance and electronic scene in Caracas.
    Lei Di Dai - Brazil

Lei Di Dai was crowned ‘rainha do dancehall’ aka ‘Queen of the dancehall’ by Rolling Stone Brazil. Her music is a blend of dance beats with awareness, positivity and ganja inspiring lyrics. Her debut album ‘Alpha & Omega’ was released in 2008, it was the top selling album in her category, which led to an MTV Award nomination in 2009. She is a spearhead for dancehall culture in São Paulo.
    Laima Leyton - Brazil

Laima is a Brazilian music producer based in London. In the past 12 years she has been DJing around the globe with Iggor Cavalera in Mixhell, as well as producing their own music and remixing and collaborating with artists such as Moby, Buraka Som Sistema and Diplo. She is also a current member of Soulwax on keys and backing vocals.

Nono Nkoane is an Original Nu Jazz & folk singer/Songwriter from Kwa Langa, Cape Town, South Africa. Nono is an activist, author and singer on various South African and international projects, working with producers such as Matt Black and Jon More, Ninja Tune and UK Band Coldcut.
    Speech Debelle - UK

Speech Debelle won the Mercury Prize for best British Album ‘Speech Therapy’ in 2009. She was nominated for AIM award for ‘best difficult second album’ for ‘Freedom Of Speech.’ Her social activism projects have gained her considerable recognition including her documentary on youth homelessness for BBC Radio 3 and her work around social care, youth inclusion and climate change.
